1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using www.charafparisien.ma ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of ordered products to you. Please check the individual product pages for specific delivery options. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

The Store and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CHARAF PARISIEN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.   • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Store
  • Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Store by any third party

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CHARAF PARISIEN and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Store or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

16. Severability
